Welcome to OmniRank Hub. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1Service Agreement

  • OmniRank Hub provides an AI-powered SEO platform including keyword research, content analysis, backlink tracking, technical audits, and related tools ("Services").
  • By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

2Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may be terminated.
  • Annual plan subscribers receive a discounted rate; the full annual amount is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

3Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no questions asked.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for the current billing month. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date.
  • Annual plan holders are not entitled to partial refunds for unused months unless required by applicable law.

4Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or create using the Services.
  • By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your content for training AI models without your explicit consent.
  • Reports, analyses, and outputs generated by OmniRank Hub on your behalf are yours to use freely for personal or commercial purposes.
  • You must not use the Services to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

5Limitation of Liability

  • OmniRank Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee specific SEO results, search engine rankings, or traffic outcomes, as these depend on many external factors beyond our control.
  • In no event shall OmniRank Hub, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
  • Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
